Education Engagements
Violins of Hope education engagements were held in the months leading up to the collection arrival in early June 2025. As part of these engagements, the Philharmonic Society visited schools and community centers with violinist and Violins of Hope Artist-in-Residence, Niv Ashkenazi, the only musician to have one of the Violins of Hope in their possession. These engagements discussed the stories of the violins and their involvement with the Holocaust and the survivors.
