The health and safety of our patrons, volunteers, performers, staff, and community is our top priority. We continue to closely monitor county and state guidelines to ensure the most up-to-date health and safety protocols are in place. Before you visit, please learn more about our and our venues' protocols, which may be altered as new guidance is issued.

As we welcome back audiences for in-person performances, we thank you for following all health and safety guidelines and doing your part to keep our community safe. We look forward to seeing you, and hope you enjoy your performance!

Segerstrom Center for the Arts
- At Segerstrom Center for the Arts, our most important goal is to create an environment in which audiences, artists, volunteers, students, and staff feel safe while attending an event at the Center.
  
  Segerstrom Center for the Arts will no longer require proof of a negative COVID-19 test or vaccination for entry to most performances.
  
  Though masks are also not required for performances, we strongly recommend guests 2+ years of age wear masks consistent with CDC guidelines (completely covering the nose, mouth, and under the chin) while inside our venues and public spaces when not actively eating or drinking.
  
  For any event-specific safety policies please review the audience advisory for your performance.

Our partner venues have arranged for high-traffic areas and frequently-touched surfaces such as door handles, railings, and elevator buttons to be regularly cleaned and sanitized before, after, and during each performance.
Hand sanitizer stations will be set up in easy-to-access locations.

While the above procedures are in place, we also encourage you and your party to maintain proper hygiene by frequently washing your hands and using hand sanitizer.

To access your tickets for a performance at Segerstrom Center for the Arts:

For tickets purchased through the Philharmonic Society:
Open a web browser on any mobile device. Go to tickets.philharmonicsociety.org/account/upcomingevents, and log in using the same email address and password that you used to purchase your tickets.

Once logged in, you will see all of your upcoming events under the Upcoming Events section. Mobile tickets for upcoming events are accessible by clicking the "View Tickets" button under the appropriate event. Mobile tickets will become visible 90 minutes before the start of the event.

For tickets purchased through Segerstrom Center for the Arts:
To access your digital tickets, open a web browser on any mobile device. Go to wallet.scfta.org and log in using the same user name and password that you used to purchase your tickets.

Once logged in, you will see all the events where you selected to receive a digital ticket. Selecting the event takes you to the tickets for that event. The QR code associated with your ticket will become visible 90 minutes before the start of the event.

NOTE: The QR code is dynamic and changes every 30 seconds to help prevent unauthorized use of your ticket. DO NOT take a screen shot to use as your ticket as this may cause your ticket to be rejected when it is scanned for entrance to the event.

To access your tickets for a performance at Irvine Barclay Theatre:

After purchasing tickets, your ticket will be emailed to you. Upon your arrival, you may show a printed version or a digital version on your mobile device for entry.

Each venue is equipped with state-of-the-art air filtration and ventilation systems, which block the movement of small particles, maximizing fresh air intake.
Segerstrom Center for the Arts uses MERV-14 air filters inside its venues, as well as state-of-the-art air handling systems that maximize fresh air intake.
Irvine Barclay Theatre uses MERV-13 air filters in its air filtration systems throughout the building.

While the Philharmonic Society does its best to keep its visitors safe by following recommended guidelines from the county and state departments, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and people with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By attending this performance, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence of PSOC, the venue, the event, the event producer or their respective employees, volunteers, independent contractors, agents, or affiliates.
