Donna L. Kendall Classical Series

A vivid performer and dazzling virtuoso, Yuja Wang has amazed audiences from the Hollywood Bowl to Carnegie Hall and beyond with her controlled technique and authority over the most complex technical demands of performance repertoire. Renowned for her flying fingers, incredible accuracy, and charismatic stage presence, Yuja returns to Orange County for her debut recital appearance in the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall and will perform Stravinsky’s Three movements from Petrushka, a work notorious for its difficulty, calling for two-octave jumps, complex rhythm, and extremely fast scales.
