    Ticket Options

As a nonprofit arts institution, the financial impact of cancellations on the Philharmonic Society of Orange County is real, and it is likely that there will be more to come. Rather than requesting a refund for a concert that has been cancelled, we hope you will consider donating the cost of your ticket back to the Philharmonic Society in support of world-class music and youth music education programs in our community.

The following options are available to ticketholders:

  • Donate your ticket(s) and receive a tax deduction for the total ticket value.

  • Exchange your ticket(s) to the above affected performances for any concert in the Philharmonic Society's 2020-21 season. Exchange fees will be waived.

  • Request a refund for the value of the ticket(s).

  • How to make your ticket donation, exchange or refund request:**

  • Phone: Speak to a Patron Services Representative by calling (949) 553-2422, ext. 1.

  • Email: E-mail your request to BoxOffice@PhilharmonicSociety.org. Include: the full name of the ticket purchaser, billing address, the concert you wish to exchange into (if applicable), and a phone number in the event there are any problems processing your request.

  • In accordance with CDC precautions to prevent the spread of coronavirus, at this time, our physical Box Office is closed to walk-up service. We will be happy to assist you by phone or email.

We anticipate heavy call volume and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to respond to all inquiries.

** All requests and transactions must occur by May 22, 2020. Please note that after this date, all ticket values will automatically convert to a tax-deductible contribution.
